Reporting Infringement
If you believe content on our store infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact us at support@ouzala.com with: a description of the work you say is infringed; the exact URL where the material appears on our site; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid claim we will review the reported material and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to it in accordance with applicable copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the Canadian Copyright Act. We aim to acknowledge every notice within 3 business days.
Counter-Notifications
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the address below identifying the removed material and its former location, with your contact details and a statement of good-faith belief that removal was a mistake. We will review the matter in good faith and may restore the material.
Repeat Infringers
We will terminate the accounts of, and refuse service to, anyone found to be a repeat infringer.
